Promoting and celebrating women motorcycle riders of Canada | |
| The Women Riders Council was established November 2007 by the MCC Board to focus specifically on the interests of women riders. A Steering Committee comprising members from across Canada was formed and established a mandate to Promote and Celebrate women motorcycle riders (in Canada). | The initial step was to conduct 2 surveys to identify what women riders were looking for in order that we could focus our activities and resources accordingly. Consequently, the WRC is now engaged in 3 main areas: | - Act as ambassadors in promoting WRC and MCC.
- Post profiles of women riders across all disciplines of riding and experience levels.
- Compile and post a repository of resources of specific interest to women riders.
| | |
| The Steering Committee meets monthly by conference call and is always interested in input and feedback from any riders. Email us or join our group Women Riders Council on facebook for an interactive discussion. | |
